The short answers.
The agreement you receive before accepting has the exact terms.
What is the APR?
The annual percentage rate is one yearly figure that includes the interest and the fees you pay, so that loans can be compared fairly. It is shown in the calculator and in your agreement.
Can I pay a loan off early?
Yes. Interest you have not used yet is not charged. Some loans add a small early-repayment fee; it is shown on the loan page and in your agreement.
What happens if I miss a payment?
After the grace period written in your agreement, late charges are added. Contact us early: we would rather agree a plan than add charges.
Why do you verify my identity?
Lenders must know who they lend to. It protects you from anyone borrowing in your name. You do it once, and the files are stored encrypted.
Who decides on my application?
A credit officer. The lender may use a transparent score and an AI assistant to prepare the review, but the rules for what can be decided automatically are set by the lender and shown in the staff area.
How do I pay?
By card through the secure payment page, or by bank transfer using the details on the payment page. Transfers are confirmed by our team, usually within one working day.
