What we collect
Your name, contact details, date of birth, address, income and spending figures, bank details for payout, identity documents and the history of your loans and payments. We also record sign-in attempts to protect your account.
Why we use it
To check who you are, to decide whether a loan is affordable, to pay out and collect repayments, to meet legal duties and to keep the service secure.
Automated help
The lender may use an AI service to summarise an application or to answer your questions in the assistant. The text sent to that service excludes your identity documents, and a person makes lending decisions unless the lender states otherwise in your agreement.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to the records we must keep by law. Write to [email protected].
